How long is the 4E engagement?

We provide meaningful results ofr our clients over a 12-month contract. This engagement comproses an initial "big bang" and then face-to-face support of both 4E and SugarCRM for 2 days each month.

We already have strengths in some of the 4E areas! How will you deal with us?

One of the first 4E activities is an audit of all your customer facing activities. This audit leads to a customised 4E program that suits your business.

We aren't strong in IT, will we be able to look after the SugarCRM system?

Louern maintains and upgrades the system as long as you continue to be a client.

So how much does it cost?

Naturally prices may vary based on complexity and size however our standard rate for the initial development and ongoing 2 days of support for both 4E and SugarCRM is $40,000 for the first year.
