Sales System Audit

We audit your entire sales and marketing system leading to a series of actions steps designed to enhance your company’s sales performance.

Why?

The Australian economy is and has been changing dramatically over the last 10 years. China is driving costs lower both for input costs to our businesses while also reducing our direct competitors’ costs. At the same time, industrial regulation has changed and continues to change while the Internet has fundamentally changed the way things are done.

Additionally, channels to market are constantly changing leading to the old ways of doing business simply not working anymore. At the same time, there has never been greater pressure on companies to improve their sales effectiveness.

As a result most sales managers and business owners have too much to do, and not enough time in which to do it. This results in compromises that make it difficult to make effective, strategic changes when their time is consumed with the day-to-day demands of the business.

It's vital to optimise the operation of your sales and marketing system. Louern as an outside expert impartially will examine the relative strengths and weaknesses of your system and produce a clear analysis of exactly which initiatives you can pursue to make the greatest positive impact on your business.

The Outcome

Louern will help you prioritise and focus on simplifying and optimising your sales and marketing machine that is:
1.    More effective in producing and converting opportunities
2.    Less prone to error and waste
3.    Able to be staffed with less experienced salespeople

The Process

1.    An initial telephone interview that will establish a number of critical success factors:
a.    KPI’s to be used to evaluate the program
b.    Clear scope of the engagement
c.    Engagement objectives for other employees
d.    Dates for subsequent steps including visit
e.    Involvement of external parties including customers, suppliers etc.
2.    Louern will establish an on-line survey for completion by nominated internal and external parties.

3.    The results of the survey will lead us to schedule face to face and telephone interviews and to establish a series of review points during our visit.  
4.    We'll spend time at your business, meeting with your people and reviewing the information you provide, and work through the agenda we previously created.

5.    Within 10 working days, you'll receive the written report which includes:
a.    A SWOT analysis of your system
b.    A SWOT of your situation in the marketplace as identified by your clients
c.    Recommendations with specific actions plans
d.    A proposal for Louern to assist you implement these plans.
6.    Within and additional 10 working days, we'll discuss the recommendations and action plans.

The cost

Here’s the good news, the audit and subsequent implementation will produce additional revenue that will far exceed our fees. Our agreement with you will be based completely on increased revenue over the 12-month period after our audit with a portion of our fees based upon the increases we produce.
